Financial contributions and assistance

There are some costs associated with going to school that you may find it helpful to plan and budget for.

Costs to consider include:

  • uniforms

  • school books and equipment

  • excursions

  • co-curricular activities.

Voluntary school contributions

Like all NSW public schools, we can request contributions to enhance our educational and sporting programs including elective subjects. School contributions help provide additional educational resources for the benefit of students. Payment is voluntary.

For more information, visit theĀ Voluntary School Contribution policy.

Financial assistance

If you are unable to pay school contributions because of financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance from the school.

Our principal will ensure no student or family suffers any discrimination or embarrassment over the inability to pay school contributions.

Details

A note will be sent home to all parents outlining all excursions and activities which incur a cost.

If any parent ever has difficulties in paying for items and activities we invite them to make an appointment to meet with the principal. There is student assistance which can be used to help.

Make a payment

Parents can make online payments to the school for amounts owing for students, via a secure payment page hosted by Westpac. Payments can be made using either, a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. The payment page is accessed at the top of any school website page by selecting 'Make a payment'.

Items that can be paid include voluntary school contributions, excursions, sport and sales to students.

There is also a category called 'Other', this is to cover items not covered in the previous headings. Other can be used to make a complete payment of our school invoice or miscellaneous payments which arise throughout the term.

How to use

When you access the 'Make a payment' page you must enter:

  • the student's name, and
  • class and reference number OR
  • the student's name and date of birth.

These details are entered each time you make a payment as student information is not held within the payment system. If making a family invoice payment please include each student name and class this covers. There are five payment lines available in Other to facilitate this request.

This is a secure payment system hosted by Westpac to ensure that your credit/debit card details are captured in a secure manner. These details are not passed back to the school.

You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed. Receipts can be emailed and/or printed. Please note: payments made after 6:00pm will not be received at school the following day, but the next working day.

Details of the payments are passed daily to the school where they will be receipted against your child's account. As a receipt has been issued from the payment page a further receipt will not be issued by the school.

For any enquiries regarding the online payment process, please contact the school office.
